LATHAM –Chief Warrant Officer 5 William Solmo, the command chief warrant officer for the New York Military Nationwide Guard, speaks to fellow warrant officers and others, together with Main Common Ray Shields, the adjutant normal of New York, throughout a quick ceremony recognizing the 108th birthday of the warrant officer corps on July 9, 2026.
