A piece prepare working on the No. 1 line struck a portion of the Broadway Bridge throughout monitor restore work Wednesday, sending two transit employees to the hospital with minor accidents.
The prepare was working on the downtown monitor south of the Marble Hill-225th St. No. 1 station when the growth of a crane on one of many vehicles struck the bridge construction round 12:30 p.m., sources advised The Every day Information.
The crane operator and the prepare operator had been taken to a close-by hospital with minor accidents, based on the FDNY and transit sources.
The prepare was a part of a piece crew conducting scheduled monitor upkeep alongside the elevated part of the No. 1 line north of Dyckman St. MTA advised The Information the incident is beneath evaluate.
