SINGAPORE — Shares of Southeast Asia’s largest financial institution DBS Group had been down 1.4% on Thursday, a day after a 10-hour outage of its digital providers.

The Financial Authority of Singapore stated the outage was “unacceptable” and the lender had “fallen wanting expectations.”

DBS was the most important loser when it comes to index factors on Singapore’s benchmark Straits Occasions Index on Thursday.

In a press release issued late Wednesday, MAS stated it instructed DBS to “conduct an intensive investigation to determine the basis reason for the disruption and submit its investigation findings to MAS.”
